By providing your personal data on the website and by providing the e-mail addresses listed on this website, you declare that you have read this privacy policy and also expressly agree to it, as well as to the processing itself.

Article 1 - General

Panta Rhei also makes every effort to comply with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation or better known as GDPR).

Article 2 - Personal data

2.1. Personal data that you communicate to us:

- Category 1: without registration: your IP address

- Category 2: when registering for a newsletter or webinar: your e-mail address, first name and surname

- Category 3: via cookies: tracking of use of the website

- Category 4: contact details when ordering one of Panta Rhei's products or services

- Category 5: Professional data on career guidance provided by Panta Rhei

2.2. Panta Rhei can collect data about you in different ways:

  • through the use of cookies (see below)
  • during registration for the newsletter, contact request, downloading an e-book, registration for a webinar, use of the website or ordering a Panta Rhei product or service
  • by communicating your contact details to one of the Panta Rhei coaches

Article 3 - Purposes of processing

3.1. General purposes:

Panta Rhei will only use the personal data collected from you for the following purposes:

- Category 1: the provision and improvement of this website and the inclusion of personal data in anonymous statistics from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be ascertained, on the legal basis of Panta Rhei's legitimate interests to continuously improve its website and services;

- Category 2: sending you direct marketing, newsletters, etc. on the legal basis of your explicit, prior consent when you register. This consent can be withdrawn at any time;

- Category 3: improving the user experience on the basis of your explicit, prior consent;

- Categories 4 and 5: the execution and invoicing of services requested by you, with as legal basis the provision of a service requested by you.

You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but understand that the provision of certain services becomes impossible if the processing is refused.

3.2. Direct marketing:

If you are already included in our mailing list to receive marketing material in paper and/or electronic form, Panta Rhei may use your details to send marketing and other material relating to the various services.

This permission may be withdrawn at any time, without justification and free of charge by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided for this purpose. This unsubscribe link will be provided on every email sent from a direct marketing point of view.

Panta Rhei will not sell, rent or commercially make your personal data available to third parties, except with your prior consent.

1. We and our external processors will only process your identifiable personal data in the EEA (European Economic Area).

  • In the context of career cheques, Panta Rhei has to share some personal data with the VDAB.
  • Panta Rhei also uses the usual IT service providers (for mail, data storage, IT configurations...). Panta Rhei takes measures to ensure that these recipients respect your right to privacy.

Personal data is stored and processed by us for a period of time which is necessary in function of the purposes of the processing and in function of the contractual relationship between Panta Rhei and yourself.
