Reinventing yourself coaching: focusing on redundant executives and/or executives in preparation of the ‘landing phase’ of their career in order to give more or a different meaning to life.

INSIGHTS teamcoach, guiding teams in discovering the team dynamics and culture. This provides more insight into the behavior and personality of all team members. The strong points are highlighted, the development points exposed and an overall picture of the team in terms of work preferences is provided.

I am a weathered executive business coach, relying on over 35 years of business experience. Originally as HR Director for Shell Research, PwC, Vinçotte, Belgacom and AXA. In 2011 I reinvented myself and ever since I’ve been coaching executives and senior managers and management teams in their search for sustainable professional and personal growth throughout Europe.
