My Story

I obtained the degree of Doctor of Psychological Sciences at the Catholic University of Leuven. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about the potential of individuals, teams and organizations. For the past 22 years I have been doing this from the heart of my own enterprise as an organizational expert, interim manager, lecturer, coach and counselor and this gave me the opportunity to gain experience and thus create impact in a wide variety of settings. My focus is on aligning people, strategy and structure. I work in a wide range of sectors and organizations, including Sirris (the collective center for innovations in the technology industry).

Additionally, I am a trained existential counselor, contributing a central place to well-being and meaning in my approach. People who recognize themselves to be an HSP (highly sensitive person) or who experience obstructive patterns such as the urge for perfectionism, gain insight into what is going on and find tools that facilitate functioning and living together, with my help.

Prior to working as a consultant I held a variety of management positions at Philips and ICI during the first 15 years of my career where I took on national and international responsibilities in Strategy, Human Resources, Management Development and Corporate Succession Planning. From my own company I laid the foundations for career guidance services in Flanders.
