My Story

From an early age, fascinated by people and my holistic view on life, I made the transition, after my Biochemistry and Basic Medicine education, to Alternative Medicine education and finally ended up in Behavioral Psychology. After a successful practice in the Netherlands in the 1990's, I made a new start in Belgium with the goal of helping people develop their full potential, both personally and professionally. Gradually, my interest shifted to the workplace. Outplacement became a first step towards companies, complemented with Talent and Leadership Development. I helped raise multiple Career Development centers and, as an external coach, supervised employees who, due to the reorganizations, saw their job content change drastically or who had to look for a new position elsewhere within the company or externally.

The coaching of employees prior to and after a Burn-out is also part of my portfolio. Together with company psychologists, I worked on establishing successful reintegration projects and conducting related workshops.

I have been coaching executives, managers, employees and business leaders for over 30 years. They are the experts in their own lives and work. My role is to challenge them to develop their personal or professional potential.
