My Story

Epicurean, optimist, enthusiastic, communicative, social and driven, that is the best way to describe myself. Since childhood I have been fascinated by everything related to human and social interaction. Fortunately I have been able to turn my passion into my profession and have hence been active in the fascinating world of Human Resources for over thirty years.

After obtaining my majors in Psychology, with an emphasis on the variety of relational, social and communication subjects, I started my career within the HR world at a Payroll Administration organisation where I acquired a lot of knowledge about what is often called hard HR and management competencies. After about ten years and several interesting assignments, I resolutely opted for HR Management, within both smaller and larger (national and multinational) companies. Here I guided companies in the field of HR strategy and was involved in start-ups, business growth, mergers and closures of companies. Each time I approached these assignments in a creative and positive way. To me, it is a code of honor to communicate in an honest and constructive way with both employees and trade unions. I can be considered as a strategic HR partner and as an experienced innovative change facilitator who is always looking for added value for all stakeholders.
